GLOBAL WARMING

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Global warming is the result of Earth warming due to the increased release of heat-trapping gases called greenhouse gases. Humans are the main cause of greenhouse gases with carbon dioxide (CO2) being the leading greenhouse gas contributor. The world emits 33 billion tons of CO2 a year due to deforestation, energy and transportation. As a result, the Earth’s temperature has been increasing drastically leading to the harm of various ecosystems, melting of the glaciers and a rise in air pollution.
